Last year, Cherry Lake Tree Farm launched the pilot program for the Fairchild Challenge in Lake County. Just in its first year we received wonderful feedback from eager educators, and had 4 Lake County High Schools participate with over 50 students involved.
Since the Fairchild Challenge is offered free of charge to all interested high schools in Lake County, the success of the program is dependent upon the support and generosity of individuals, businesses, foundations, and community groups.
