Title: Florida Grades and Standards-Short Course

We will study how the revised Florida Grades & Standards effect tree quality and how they increase the life expectancies of trees. We will also identify liabilities associated with trees that do not meet Florida Grades & Standards. Attendees will learn what the standards are, how they work, and how to identify trees that meet the new standards. Emphasis will be on the ten step grading process and practical strategies associated with grading trees. This is a short version of course # 0007002 and does not include a field segment. All information will be conveyed indoors with the use of photography, diagrams and charts organized in a PowerPoint presentation.
