ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK
Performs routine accounting duties, following appropriate procedures to ensure timely and accurate preparation.  AR Clerk will bill material on a daily basis while verifying order for tax, freight, sales representative, territory and price.  Ensure that all orders that leave the farm are billed within 24 hours.  Reconcile customer accounts and provide customer service to internal and external customers.  Maintaining customer’s files and documentation for compliance with policies and procedures for internal audits. High School graduate or GED equivalent required.  College, technical or vocational training desirable.  Minimum of one or more years of applied experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping.

INVENTORY ANALYST
Review, enter, compile, analyze, and control the accuracy of transaction data to update and maintain computerized inventory records in support of overall supply chain activities.  Participate in physical inventory and cycle counting activities, research and identify causes of discrepancies and recommend and implement record adjustments as approved to reconcile inventory record.  Compile and analyze data and create and prepare any range of periodic and special reports for use in supply chain planning and management.  Independent judgment in identifying potential inventory issues regarding the crop status (quality, age, specs, etc…).  Analyze and assess current and future inventory levels based on projected sales and production activities.  Ensure accurate month-end production zone (PZ) on-hand quantities. Bachelor’s degree or two years or more of applied experience in inventory control or related field. Horticulture/industry experience a plus.

SALES COORDINATOR – TQL Division
The sales coordinator will support the TQL sales team in the following capacities: administration, customer service and sales.   Assists Sales Manager with calling prospective and established customers to sell company’s products and services.  Maintains sales programs and keeping customers informed about available supplies, prices and new products.  May set up travel arrangements to customer location for follow-up. Will work closely with sales, production, outsourcing and product management departments.  Ensures the highest level of service is delivered to the customer through coordination of orders with all departments to fulfill customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with emphasis in Excel. Horticulture/industry experience a plus.

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities of this position include selling trees to Landscape Contractors, Landscape Architects, and Developers. Horticulture Sales Experience Preferred.  Bachelors degree in Horticulture or closely related field. Salary plus commission.

PROPAGATOR
Plants, propagates, cultivates, fertilizes and sprays ornamental tree liners in a greenhouse environment.  Responsible for the daily organization and distribution of production work assignments, evaluates crop activities, and consistently strives to increase propagation efficiency and liner quality. Bachelors degree in Horticulture or closely related field with two or more years of direct working experience in greenhouse propagation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.   

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - TREE GROWER
Production Supervisor will lead a self-directed production team to produce high quality woody ornamentals. Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, demonstrate self-initiative and take pride in quality production.  Supervisor will be responsible for implementing growth management methods to yield the highest quality trees, meeting all sales windows and customer specifications. Bachelors degree in Horticulture or closely related field and one or more years of applied work experience are required.  Must possess a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. 

OUTSOURCING PURCHASER
Cherry Select is a dynamic division of Cherry Lake Tree Farm that purchases plant material from growers throughout Florida and parts of the Southeast. The Outsourcing Purchaser is responsible for developing relationships with quality growers, identifying the current and future needs of Cherry Lake Tree Farm, and securing availability of trees for the Outsourcing program. Purchaser will work directly with the Sales Team to identify plant material needed on upcoming jobs, and link the customer needs with the inventory available at the vendors. Purchaser will be responsible for negotiating pricing with the vendors and maintain the Gross Margin objectives of the department. Bachelors degree in Horticulture or closely related field and one year of applied purchasing experience preferred. Position will require traveling and individual must posses a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.

BUSINESS DEVELOPER - Cherry Lake Partner Network™
We are currently searching for a successful Business Developer to represent the Cherry Lake Partner NetworkTM. The Business Developer is responsible for representing a group of independent, professional landscape contractors in Florida who provide high quality landscape contracting services for commercial and residential development projects. The Business Developer will create awareness among decision makers and influencers of the Cherry Lake Partner Network™ and its individual members.  The Business Developer will identify project leads for each territory and work to close deals and negotiate contracts for the partners.  Minimum of a bachelors degree and seven years applied experience in sales preferably in the construction or landscaping industry.

LEGACY SCAPES, INC.

ASSISTANT LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION SUPERINTENDENT
Landscape Assistant Installation Superintendent needed for Legacy Scapes Inc. to oversee project construction/landscape activities, to ensure compliance with design specifications, budgets and schedules.  Minimum two years of applied supervisory landscape installation experience required.  Valid Florida valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.  Must be willing to obtain CDL class A license.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.   Horticulture knowledge a plus.
