BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL
We are seeking a creative and cutting edge Business Developers with experience in the construction industry. This position requires the ability to establish long term, trusting relationships with diversified customers such as general contractors, landscape architects, landscape contractors, commercial real estate developers, government, municipalities, and other stakeholders in the landscape construction process. This position requires strong networking, negotiation and strategic selling skills. The chosen candidate will have the ability to generate qualified leads, track multiple high value projects, make professional presentations to high level decision makers, review estimates and proposals, and negotiate final contract.. The desired candidate will have 5-10 years solid sales experience directly in the construction industry. An assertive, self-starting work style with a high degree of empathy and flexibility is needed along with impeccable organizational skills. Horticulture experience is highly desired but not required. INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Cherry Lake Tree Farm, a 1,000 acre containerized tree farm in Florida, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative. Responsibilities of this position include selling trees to Landscape Architects, Landscape Contractors and Developers. Horticulture Sales Experience Preferred. Salary plus commission.

Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture or closely related field preferred with one or more years in a sales or sales support function.  Customer oriented, problem solving and troubleshooting skills, effective communication skills and must enjoy a fast pace environment. Position may require some traveling and individual must possess a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.

PROGRAMMER
The Programmer will write computer code in a range of languages to develop, modify or adapt computer programs or assigned program segments independently or a as team member to suite defined specifications, working from objectives and within established parameters. Write, modify or adapt programs involving business, technical or scientific applications, where analysis of requirements has been performed and communicated by others, and structure related reports. Write detail and code program instructions, prepare documentation, test and debug programs and correct programming errors to enhance functionality and efficiency. May research new technologies, languages, platforms and third-party applications to increase performance. May assist computer users to resolve software problems.


QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
• Three years or greater experience in applications programming and analysis work is required.
• Technical skills required (see list below).
• Proven Project management and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Proven track record of successful operating system and application upgrades.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
• Innovative problem solving, research and analytical skills.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with implementing and customizing MS CRM and SharePoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:  

• Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon) – expert level
• Visual Basic 6 – three years or more of programming experience
• Visual Basic, Net – one year or more of programming experience
• BIO (Business Information Optimazation) - intermediate/expert level
• SQL– three years or more of programming experience
• Crystal Reports – intermediate/expert level
